Who can I contact for help with my order? 

Please contact our customer service team at hello@lelyactive.com.au. We are available from 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and are always happy to assist with any queries.

How can I change or cancel my order? 

Unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed.

After payment is received and your order is completed, it is subject to our returns policy.

Was my order successfully placed? 

Please check your email for an order confirmation with your order details. If you haven't received your order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us for further assistance.

What is your shipping policy? 

We offer free shipping for all orders over $55 within Australia. Orders below $55 incur a $10.95 standard shipping fee. Express post is available for an additional cost.

What is your returns policy? 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days for a store credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees) subject to eligibility.

What if my items are faulty?

We apologise for any faulty items you may have received as we pride ourselves on providing quality items. Please email images of the fault to hello@lelyactive.com.au so our team can assist you promptly.

How do I care for my socks?

Machine wash grip socks inside out in warm water and lay flat to dry naturally. Do not bleach, tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.

What is the size guide for grip socks? 

Our grip socks are currently designed to fit most adults (sizes EU 37-41). We plan to expand our sizing options soon.
