Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Lely Active is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don’t receive your order in a timely fashion.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or directly on the courier's website. 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping:

At this stage we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
