Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lely Active. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees).

For all return enquiries, please send an email with your name, order number and details of your query to hello@lelyactive.com.au

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lely Active is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

Returns Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your return and details of your credit note or refund. 

Refunds:

Refunds (minus shipping and processing fees) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-15 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

Please also allow some business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lelyactive.com.au

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We implement quality checks into every stage of our design and dispatch process. However if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photographs for evaluation and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations:

Unfortunately we do not do order cancellations.

Once your order has been invoiced or dispatched, it becomes the property of the courier company. After payment is received and your order is completed, it is subject to our returns policy.
